Where is the NFL’s value held?

Forbes recently released their evaluations for all 32 NFL teams. Above is a graphic representing where the value (in terms of $million) is geographically throughout the United States. Notice the majority of value is held among the Northeast. The state of Texas has two NFL franchises, both with particularly high evaluations. The West Coast does not appear to have stable values throughout its NFL franchises. Both San Diego and Oakland have particularly low values, while recent winners San Francisco and Seattle have bolstered their values. If more teams were to expand, or move to the West Coast would NFL value become more stable? Or has the NFL found its stability in Midwest teams throughout Ohio, Minnesota, Michigan and Indiana? Maybe the NFL should cash in on the religion that is football in Texas.
